HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
There are no resolutions this year. There are only intentions, which are focusing on internal growth and not a strict fixed commitment like resolutions. I honestly don't even have a list written down. Just several things I want to work on this year.
First, let me say that my Winter Break is just about over and I am super sad about it. I will be happy to have income again though. Monday and Tuesday are ease back in days with Monday being a teacher work day to finalize report cards. Tuesday is a professional development day where we will have to go to trainings.
Next, I am happy to report that I have been doing better for a few weeks now and I am down 2.8 lbs. Is it an amazing drop? Nope. But it is a drop and puts me under 250 again. Now to keep up the momentum.
Last, my intention will hopefully help keep up the momentum. My intention is to walk/workout for 30 minutes at least 3 times a week. Doing the math this amounts to 156 days of movement. I want to go at least that many or more. Rather than track it per week I am tracking it per workout. If I can I would like to go back to the YMCA to swim in May but we shall see how life works out. I hit Etsy and got a cute little tracker that I plan to have be like a mosaic if I can do things other than walk.
I can picture this in my head all filled out with various colors. Will it actually happen? We shall see won't we.
My next tracker says miles but it is actually days. It is tracking the same information just in a 156 way to ensure that I get my days in. I know life happens and I might not make 3 times one week but there may be another week I go 4 and they will balance out.
There was nothing 156 days and I figured I can print two of these and just half fill the second shoe. For now I only have the one printed. Honestly, it will be a miracle if I fill the one shoe and we worth celebrating.

I love the concept of taking the projected weekly and multiplying it by the 52 to get a grand total of a number....and making that your goal and not focusing on weekly. It allows room for those weeks where exercise and walking just doesn't happen for various reasons and still keeps you on track!
