The eats today.

Full 10 hours at work.  Moderately busy day today. 



4 (20 oz) glasses of water

Breakfast:
Emeralds breakfast on the go
cottage cheese/pineapple

Lunch:

 broccoli salad













2 turkey/pepper jack cheese wraps with side of sweet peppers
1 mini bag of cheetos (160 cal)

Snack:
2nd emerald breakfast on the go

Dinner:
1 serving of fruit loops (dry as snack)
home made taco salad with lots of veggies (tomato/lettuce/sweet peppers/onions)

I tried to wait until I was hungry with each meal/snack.  I was starving before dinner so the dry fruit loops really helped tone it down.
